Comcast SUCKS!

Comcast has no regard for customer's time or patience.  I have had 3 appointments and no one shows and they lie on their ad about their CUSTOMER SERVICE GUARANTEE.  Yes, they do give you a credit but at this point, they might as well give me my service for free for this month because they will never show up.  I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  They should not be allowed to stay in business.
