Comcast Executive Customer Relations Dept. - made it right

Executive Customer Relations Dept.,


After several weeks and too many phone-calls,

My rep from the Executive Customer Relations Dept., Stayed with me on Sunday, to get all my problems solved.


During my whole nightmare, I thought for sure, nobody at Comcast cared at all.

But .. When someone does an excellent job, she should be recognized.
