Change Service Address

I am trying to chat with the support about changing my service address, but every time I provide my info (name, phone, zip code), I get error message 

There are 4 errors on the page.

  • First Name is required.
  • Last Name is required.
  • Phone Number is required.
  • Zip Code is required.

Although I just provided them. I even tried to login to my account first, but the result was the same. 

It's frustrating. 

I ordered installation kit to my new address, but I have no idea how to track it, because my account is still associated with my old address (but service there is stopped).

What should I do?

Can you please send me a private message with your full name as well as your old and new service address so I can take a look for you?
