Can't manage my plan online

Can't manage my plan online

I cannot update or manage my plan online. When I try to upgrade/manage/view my plan online I get the following message: "We're sorry, it looks like you'll need some help completing your order. Contact us at 1-877-680-7173." I don't want to do it by phone, I want to do it online.  (Because I had no choice, I tried calling this past Saturday.  "Upgraded" my plan for another $30 to add some sports channels without being informed I was losing HBO.)  Called back today and was told I could add HBO for another $15 a month, or try a more expensive package with a contract.  The rep told me no less than FOUR times these are "predetermined".  No thanks.  Ended up going back to my old plan.  I expressed to him several times that I'd like to be able to see all my options/plans/channels online, and he was no help.  He told me to search "promotions" on the Xfinity page, with the understanding that I'm not eligible for some.  ???  Why not just be up front?  This is so shady!
