Customer Services admit that there is a "computer glitch"  but NO ONE has fixed it or refunded the overpayment of $90.00 for THREE months.

I am constantly "advised" to keep paying the billed amount.  Is this a scam?

Did you respond to ComcastJoeTru's post in your thread here or to ComcastMax's post in your thread here?

 

Please don't post regarding your issues more than one time and always follow up in your original post.
