Are there any package deals for long time existing customers?

Hi,

 

I am looking to reduce my monthly cost as the bill has gotten out of range of my budget.  I tried calling and someone was supposed to call me back last week and never did.  I am also curious as to how you can do any downgrades online.  All I see are ways to add services.
