This is my first time posting so I may not be in the correct forum.
I signed up for a new account in October 2016. The plan I chose offered a $50 rebate card after a few billing cycles. I just received the card a couple of weeks ago and am attempting to follow the directions on the card's activation.
The phone number on the sticker does not work, when I dial it the call immediately ends. I also attempted to activate through www.consumercardaccess.com/xfinity and the website is "unavailable".
Has anyone else had issues attempting to activate their rebate cards? It seems pretty convenient for Comcast that the methods to access the money are incorrect. I wonder how much money they've saved off of consumers who give up and never try to activate once they hit the roadblocks of activating....
