yearly plan about to expire. huge price increase and no options. Mystery charge.

My yearly plan is about to expire and my bill for this month is $87 for blast. My plan was $50 for blast for a year. All that is available online is performance starter for $50 as a new plan. What a joke that I have to choose this as a new plan.... Just got an email saying $11.81 in estimated charges? How do you get $11.81? My bill for october is $87.95 from trying to screw me on blast charges. what is this $11.81? It can't be a credit what is it?
