why do I pay a $7.00 broadcast tv fee when all I get is internet?

I am not getting cable tv but I noticed there is a fee for broadcast tv of $7.00.  Why does internet have this fee?

If you don't have TV service, they shouldn't be charging that fee.

If a Comcast employee doesn't take care of this for you here, contact one of their Billing reps at the phone number on your bill or 1-800-Comcast, chat with them using one of the "Account and Bill" options at https://www.comcastsupport.com/chatentry/, or visit a Service Center if one is nearby (check locations and hours at http://www.xfinity.com/support/service-center-locations/).

Comcast sometimes responds to questions here in the forums, and sometimes they do not. When they do they might respond in a few hours, or it may take a few days.
