we are being billed the wrong amount

we are being billed the wrong amount

We recently re-negotiated our Comcast contract after our condo association chose not to renew its agreement with our building.  The job number on the contract is 8771-3000-1175-6156.  The salesman was Antonio at 708.492.3614.  The new amount we would be paying for the same service was $174.98 including tax.  When we recieved our bill, however, it was in the amount of $251.39.  We have paid this bill rather than fight with Comcast and have our service disconnected.  I have spoken with Antonio on September 30, 2017 and October 2, 2017, both times he promised me a callback which I waited patiently for but never recieved.  I have also called 1-800-COMCAST only to be disconneted after the representative did no seem to understand the situation I was trying to explain.  Is there anyone out there who can help adjust our current bill and also ensure that we are billed according to the contract we signed?

GRANDONBENTON61, I can check into your billing concerns. Let's see why there is a difference in cost. Please send me a private message (Click ComcastKenF and then click Private Message Me) with your account address and full name for assistance.
