please tell me how to change my security questions

If you mean you want to change your Comcast secret question:

 

Log in to Customer Central  with the account name and password.

 

After Customer Central opens click the Users & Settings tab.

 

Click Change password/secret question which is under Account Settings.

 

Choose a new question, provide the answer, click Save.
