"A Communication Error/Please Reload" on Payment Tab: HELP PLEASE!

Can someone please help me resolve this issue?  I just read a post that this error message is account specific and may be because I'm using a "dead link". I'd really like to pay my bill on time.

Hello IndyLindy. I can assist with the error message your are seeing. Please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can access your account. I will also need the username you are using when getting this error.
