promotions for current customers

I had a promotion that is running out.  The promotion price increased more over the last 6 months than the promotion  looking to continue service but it is getting tough,

Can you post what the solution was to your inquiry?  I to am faced with an increased rate and being that I am a long time customer I can't get the lower advertised rates that are only available to new customers.  I don't want to deal with changing providers but if I can't get a better offer it's going to have to come to that.
