problem with payment by check.

problem with payment by check.

I don't want automatic payment, so I send my check out to comcast to their Plymouth billing address on 4th of every month. The check amount is not being picked up by comcast it's still showing in my bank account. What are you people doing? I don't like hidden fees nor do I like paying late charges when it wasn't late, you didn't credit my account. Need explanation and resolve this issue, please.
