printing receipt

Since this website changed, I haven't been able to print a receipt when I pay my bill online .  When I click on "Print/Download, it'll never print. When I do a "Print Preview", all I get is a blank page. Anyone know why this is happening ?

Re: printing receipt

Hi, papafred. Are you viewing PDF's when trying to print receipts or statements on our website? You can follow these steps at My Account to view your most recent and past 24 billing statement PDF's:

  • How to View Your Current Bill
    • Sign in to My Account with a primary user account or a secondary user account with bill pay permissions.
    • On the account overview page, click View Billing.
    • On the next page, click View Bill Details (PDF) to open a PDF of your most recent bill in a new tab.
  • How to View Past Bills
    • Go to the Bill Statements page in My Account.
    • Sign in with a primary user account or a secondary user account with bill pay permissions.
    • Click View PDF to open a billing statement in a new tab.
