pending payment

pending payment

I just made a payment about an hour ago and the payment is still pending. I realized I paid from the wrong account and wanted to cancel and pay a different way. There is no option to cancel the pending payment. I called and they say I have to go through my bank (credit card). My bank/cc says it has to be canceled on Comcast's end.

Comcast is correct.  Your bank or credit card issuer is the one that would need to stop the pending payment.  If directly from your bank, as in a check or debit card, you most likely will need to pay a stop payment fee.
