paying my bill

My phone is dead, I'm waiting on a new one so I can't call to pay my bill. I have been trying to pay it for days on your broke <EDITED> system. I get an error when I try to pay online. When I try and chat with an agent I get an error saying that i need to input an account number in a form that doesn't have a place to enter an account number. today is the deadline to pay or you shut off my internet. fix your system

 

someone from xfinity had better email me and work this out or you won't see another dime from me. i am not going to have my credit rating stained because you can't write code.
