paying bill online

I cannot pay my bill online this month like I always have before.  What's up? I received an email to pay it online but it never confirms my payment.  It just starts all over again.

Hi jimbaskin23. I can assist with your online bill pay issue. Are you receiving an error message when you are trying to pay your bill online? Also, can you please tell us which web browser you are using when you encounter the error?
