paperless billing

I can't get past the part after I put in all my bank info.   I click add..     could this be because my old adress in on my checks..  even though you guys have my current adress ??

Hi Meggers3. I can assist with the paperless billing issue you are experiencing. I don't think the address would be causing this error. When you get stuck, are you seeing any error message, or can you describe what the issue looks like?
