How do I get Comcast to stop overcharging me? I have spent hours on the phone. I have done everything they have told me to do. I have taken my box into the local store. I have allowed service people into my home. I have turned off my land line and my internet, leaving only my cable, and yet they continue to charge me for the whole package to the tune of $240 a month. Back in September when I asked them to turn off phone and internet they told me my new bill would be $115. I am a senior and I do not have an extra income. I am at my wits end. How do I get them to stop???
