My two year contract is up on tv,internet,phone service and the price has gone up A LOT !  Why can't I sign another 2 year contract for a bundle for the same price as a new customer instead of having to cancel completely and go with another company?   I have spoken to an agent and they said I either have to UPGRADE which does not lower my cost and gives me more than I need or DOWNSIZE to near nothing for the cost of your new client bundling, What others offer and what I need.  I do NOT understand not giving me a new contract and keeping my account to my cancelling altogether and you losing Money?????
