my bills credits or adjusts

I am frustrating with Comcast because of 4 days ago, I talked with some representatives, against subscriptions on my bills since the past July 2017 that Comcast was charging to my account without my authorization. I spoke with the supervisor Mr Arturo and other persons for my respective credits or adjusts and until now, these have not been done in my account. For this reason, I did not complete my payment. I need someone to call me for help.
