Hello , 

 

Can comeone please assist. I sent in a payment of $285.00 in the form of 2 money orders on Saturday September 2nd . The bill for the month of Sept (due sept 15th) was for the amount $150.25. I thought I should pay double so i wouldnt hav to worry about October's bill. I look on my acct today and notice that i have a balance of $150.25. I called to have my money order tracked and both money orders was processed on Monday September 11th. I called comcast and was told by a CSR that they havent received it. Ive only been a customer for one month and im already regretting it. Has anyone had this issue before. Should I cancel the money order ? but how if its being processed by comcast. Im so frustratedSmiley Sad
