invoice raised

invoice raised

My invoice went up from $165.29 to $191.60 for no reason. I had many invoive problems when I first got xfinity, and now its starting again. I'd like my invoice to stay the same since I'm not getting any other services. Although I would rather not switch to verizon, they are offering the same thing as xfinity for 49.99 a month. Is there any way to keep my invoice down without making changes to my service?

Re: invoice raised

It;s prolly thier annual increase.   Is this the date your service started the year before.  Beware if you downgrade they;ll want you to pay your current bill in full then give you a credit the following month. But somehow that credit always gets absorbed somehow and you;ll never see it.

A month later and they still show I owe a balance on a service that was disconinued and downgraded even after their credits.
