How do I move from paper to electronic billing

Hi nairs2013!

 

To enroll in paperless billing, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. Go to https://customer.xfinity.com/#/settings/bill/ecobill.
  2. Sign in to your account using your XFINITY username and password.
  3. Toggle EcoBill to the On position. (Note: A drop-down option to edit your user information will become available. Click Edit to update your contact information so that your EcoBill statement is sent to your preferred email address and then return to the EcoBill page to start over.)
    EcoBill Setup page set to On.
     
  4. Click Save.
  5. A confirmation message will appear.
    Confirmation screen with Back to My Account button at bottom.
