discount due to Huricane Irma

Trying to contact you about receiving a discount for the period we were without service due to Hurricaine Irma and havent been able to speak with anyone.

How do I get a discount from my bill for the period of October 10th - October 19th which due to Hurricaine Irma we had no service?  Please answer as soon as possible.
