my understanding is you have 30 days to return your equipment. In my case it was the cable modem I returned after 6 days to an Xfiniity store on Sept 1, 2017. The charge is 49.99 plus tax and fees totalling $63.28, I received an email title service changes made, but there still is a bill on my account for 63.28
