charges for cancelled service

My service was scheduled for disconnect on 5/7/17. I was moving.

The new service was in a different persons name, and a new Comcast account.

Hers started on 5/5/17.

I have a bill covering service from 4/7/17 - 5/6/17 paid in full.

I also have a copy of a chat who said the service would end 5/5/17 because I could not use it even if I wanted to.

The service person who did the 5/5/17 install would not take my equipment.

Then, I went to the comcast store and they would not take it or discuss my bill.

I have tried to call a few times, but had to hang up after a ridiculous 30-45 minute wait to not even get an agent.

This sort of thing seems to happen a lot from what I have read.

Is there a better number, or an easier way to speak with a reperesentative directly with out such a chronic lack of communication.

At this point, the next bill i will have to consider harrasement.

Hi, dw60643 - When did you return the equipment? Did you request to cancel a disco order for May 5th for any reason? Could you please send me your name, service address, and a phone number? I will investigate this issue.
