cable line NOT buried yet

cable line NOT buried yet

We had Comcast installed late Oct. and are still waiting for the wire running from box to house to be buried.  Does anyone know who to call?  I have small foster children and they want to play in the yard and I'm afraid they will pull line out of house or box at street.
