so, my bill with a non-contract went up to about $150; I signed a contract for one year at $109, now 3 - 4 months later my bill is now about $150. I chatted with customer service, both said taxes have increased my bill; I asked why sign a contract then and they both just ended the chat.. Very disappointed !!
