billing

My bank *removed private info from post* returned a check paid on my Comcast account # *removed private info from post*.  The check was given by phone on September 07 for $*removed private info from post* and returned on September 14. I just learned yesterday that it was returned.  The bank's reference number given to me today by your agent is *removed private info from post*.  The bank tells me they did not honor the check because the complete checking account number was not given.  Not giving them a complete account number falls on the shoulders of the Comcast agent who handled the payment.  You have now addded over $*removed private info from post* to my account for many charges that are the result of the returned check.  You have also wrongfully disconnected service.  Kindly give this matter your immediate attention as it is causing me extreme angst.  I don't give checks that will be returned, so the event is traumatizing enough, but in addition, I've had to suffer extreme anxiety, harrassment and aggravation in my efforts to connect with someone at Comcast who could assist in resolving this matter.  As you can see, I still have not been successful in contacting a person at Comcast that can do something. to correct this situation.  I expect all your charges relating to this event to be credited to my account without further delay.

Hi Carol,

Please refrain from posting your personal information on a public post. I'd like to review your billing concerns further. Can you please verify the street address and phone number associated with your services through private message?
