I did transfer my service from one location to another location. before transferring I was told several times by rep and supervisor I won't get charged if they don't have to run any outlet into my new home so if the tech come just to plug my service that will be free. so the tech came and just plug my service for me and month later they end up charging me $120 more for the bill.  

  I called customer service to adjust my bill and they said the charge is valid and I called back again on next day after review they found out that I got charged twice for installation fees.

 Today I called @ 10;45 am to speak with a manager and I got transferred to Amanda she stated that the charge is valid no matter what the technician did to my house, and she even lied, saying that they sent me an email on that same day to approve the charge right before the tech headed to my house and I did approve it when I asked her the email subject line and it's nowhere to be found. so I review all my emails and I did not receive any email from them on that date. I also billed for 4 days without service. For me, this is a scam because before I transfer my old service I was told there won't be any charge for just plug in my service back, and there's no running outlet so why did I get charged for?
