i changed my service last week because 1) the charges went up from what i had agreed upon and 2)  i had problems with my xfinity one service,so i went back to the legacy service. the girl was very helpful and i was told since i changed over before a certain date that my next bill would be $126 and since i had a problem with my service there would be no install charge. well my bill came in and it was for $151 or so. last year when i added triple play again i was told a price and when the bill came i was charged more. only after waitng for a rep to answer and then explainig over and over (it took a couple of hours) was the problem resolved. i explained that to the girl last week and she assured me that she would put a flag on this and it wouldnt happen again. here i am again with the same problem. you guys dont make it easy. im not trying to get something for nothing just what i was told what my charges would be. again im on the forum with an issue. to quote someone "why cant we all get along"         thank you       tesla1950

Hi tesla1950,  You can click on my name (ComcastPhill) and click on “Private Message Me”. 

At the top of each Forum page you will see a small envelope 

This is the icon for Private Messages, referred to as ‘PM’s’. A Private Message is a way to communicate in private, to another User, Moderator, or Administrator out of public view in the Forums.

The gray envelope icon will have a number next to it if you have any new messages waiting. 

To open a PM to read it, double click on the envelope. If you click on the white envelope a window will open with tabs for your Private Message Inbox, Sent Messages, Friends, Ignored Users, and Compose new Message. You can also access this area by clicking on the Username in a Thread or post. By default, Private Messages are enabled. You can disable this feature in My Settings>Preferences> Private Messenger.
