  I did not know that when a Comcast technician comes to my house because of some equipment problem that has a cost in my monthly payment, that has never been reported to me, I do not understand. I have that problem right now, I called by phone but no one gives me a convincing answer, and they can not help me. The only solution is to find another company because in addition to making a monthly payment also I have to pay for a technician because of problems of a device that belongs to you.

Hi Aperez2 -- I can help with that charge. I reviewed the tech job to see what work was performed. The work that was done was Comcast related. Tech charges do not apply when work done is Comcast related. An agent issued a -$20 adjustment for part of this charge. I have issued an adjustment for the remaining amount. Please let me know if you have any further questions about that.
