bill goes up every month

bill goes up every month

My bill goes up every month without my incurring any charges/requesting any services.. in March it was about $175 and in July it is now up to about $195 -- so how does my bill fluctuate that much without my requesting any extras or changes in service?   it just slowly and steadily increases for no reason that I can see makes any sense ..  do others have this issue?  very frustrating

Re: bill goes up every month

Did you compare bills to see where the increases are?

Re: bill goes up every month

well I can't private message you - this is what I got "Due to the influx of unsolicited private messages to our Official Employees, private messaging has been disabled for new forum users"

so again, no help and this issue is ongoing.  the taxes and fees seem totally made up - I am definitely switching providers if this keeps happening, it's unethical

Re: bill goes up every month

Hey divineglory,

That may because it had been so long since our last conversation. The error message you received is when there is no open public post and you attempt to send a private message. Public post's are automatically closed if there is no response from the customer. However, since you did reach out again through a public post, that regenerated a new ticket for you and you should now be able to send a new private message verifying the first and last name of the account holder, and the street address associated with your services.

To send a private message click on my name "ComcastChe", then click private message me.
