about to cancel all services cause of 70$ charge

i was charged 70$ that i was never informed about for a visit where the tech did nothing because the problem was already resolved.

 

how can i get this reversed as live chat was no help!

Dont feel bad as I was charged $60 after being told I would not be charged since it was on their end. I have to see if they take the charge off my bill when due or?
