You robbed me!

You robbed me!

XFINITY is the worst company which I ever had a service from! I paid them monthly $60.69 for hi-speed internet service (75 mbps) including rental modem and tax. I never got such a speed - 75 mbps. Sometimes I got 20-25. Sometimes it dropped to 2-6!!! Then I called them and they fixed it for a while. Due to hurricane Irma I was out of their service 11 days. They didn't adjust my payment. Instead of it they send me bill for $90.65!
30% up!!! They put a new charge $15 to my bill without my consent: speed increase.
I called them and spoke with representative Trisha. I said I already pay for the speed which you never provide and you want more?! She said they don't have any promotion now for me and I can change a provider if I want.
I was staying with them a years. I always paid on time and earlier. There are 2 more providers in our area - AT&T and Atlantic. My friends are very happy with their services. I want to be loyal but everything has the limit. I will advise to all my friend to think hard about using XFINITY (Comcast) provider

Re: You robbed me!

Same issue I'm experiencing this is riduclous! I have emails from comcast outlining my 75 mbps promotion for $60 total and they still won't honor it. Isn't that illegal??
