Why did they have to change the website?

Why did they have to change the website?

Why did comcast have to change their website?  I felt like before the billing was very clear.  Now I really have no idea if I owe money.  I actually had to chat with someone.  Twice now I have accidentally paid my bill twice.  Why can't comcast just go back to the old website?  Why?

Hi njcomuser, I can assist you with navigating our website. Are you only having issues with finding your balance, or are you having troubles accessing other features as well? You also have the option to download our "My Account" app on your phone or tablet to check your balance, pay bills, and manage your subscriptions like you would do online.
