No, I don't want to call. No I won't PM you. It's been like this for years - it's a scam to try to upsell people by the sleaziest company on the planet. Please fix this scam.

I get exactly the same message, and so do many other customers as reported here. I request that a Comcast professional address this matter for those so affected. This problem should be solved by Comcast technical support. When I select "Manage my Plan," I am NOT initiating a purchase. No order needs to be completed. I simply want to see available services and costs.

Sounds like you want to see what your options are and maybe reduce your costs, and Comcast can't allow that.
