Was told $60 installation fee would be waived and it shows up on bill.

Was told $60 installation fee would be waived and it shows up on bill.

Guess I'm not the first one to have this problem. Very nice customer service rep told me they would waive the install fee of $60. Then the bill a couple days later has the $60 on it. Called to complain and since I received an email to confirm my order and I clicked on confirm...I didn't read the charges because they were fresh in my mind...Comcast will not waive the fee. Gave me the customer service reps employee number as : .:=.  Yes, that's not a mistake, it's .:=   Told me the guy was not in the US. Huh?

I had written down all charges as they were mentioned by this guy and they add up correctly for the monthly charge, but he never told me what the install charge was because he waived it.

Supervisor said it's a valid charge and they waive for no one. Got it. But he did for me. And obviously others have been promised the same thing. She also said I can't hear the recorded call unless I get an attorney. Won't get me to the supervisor of the employee with the weird employee number. I obviously have no recourse. They got us.

Supervisor offered a $20 courtesy credit. Shoulda been $60. Very deceptive sales practices.

Twitter and Facebook will hear about this soon!
