We have a low hanging cable line in our backyard. We have tried contacting comcast multiple times, but as multiple such posts suggests all in vain. This job would require a bucket truck. I also mentioned on the phone call that is a real hazard since the table is too low (I think about 5'2" above the ground). Can someone help me with how I could get this resolved?
I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply soon.
Hi pa2789, thank you for bringing this to our attention. I will send you a private message regarding a recent tech visit.
Hi PA2789, I apologize for my delayed response as I was out of the office. I have sent this information to the local team and they should be reaching out to you soon. I will let you know of any updates I receive.
Hello, Considering the extremely low height of the wire, this is a pressing concern and very unsafe. I have still not heard from any local team. Our lawn care agents have begun to work in the backyard, and I hope Comcast realizes the hazard and liability for them. This is disappointing.
Hi pa2789 -- Apologies that no one has been out to raise this cable yet. I am following up with Tech Ops and submitting your provide picture.
Wanted to update you on this. We had a tech on-site to evaluate this line. It has been found to be a Verizon line. Please contact Verizon to have this line raised properly.
