Upset with change in policy.

I have an account in Dennis, MA,   during the off months,   they have a reduced rate and reduced service while the home is primarily unoccupied.      The 2016/2017 season as part of this,   the internet was turned off and TV channels provided was reduced to basic.       I still had xfinity Wifi,   ability to access net via the xfinity wifi.    Worked great the few times i went down to the house to verify all ok.     This year,  they turned it off,   I was told,  I have to have a xfinity cell phone contract,    and I had to get a phone.   I have a phone,   don't need a new one.     Very upset with xfinity for really cheaping out.     Thinking of dropping all service and get an attenna  for tv and Have to live without internet during the summer.        Really upset.

Hi, RJK185 - In order to connect to xfinitywifi hotspots you don't have to sign up for XFINITY Mobile but you have to have active services with us. This is not a new policy.
