Unreturned Equipment Charges

Unreturned Equipment Charges

I was recently charged $500 in unreturned equipment charges. The services were not turned off on the dates I had requested and I had to get the equipiment once it was turned off. If i mail the equipment at this point will these charges be removed?

Hello richeason35. Yes, once you return the equipment, Comcast will remove the unreturned equipment fees. If you need assistance reviewing the equipment listed on your account, I can help as well. If so, please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can access your account.
