Unauthorized Purchase

I just received an email thanking me for my "recent purchase of Transformers 5 HD."  I did not authorize this purchase and have no knowledge of it.  Nobody in my home purchased this movie or plans on watching it.  I cannot afford to be charged extra for it.  Thank you.

Is somebody going to please help me with this?  As it is, I am still waiting to receive a response to my request for credit from my Hurricane Irma outage.  I am NOT going to pay extra for something I didn't actually order during a month when I was without service for eight days.

 

I am really beginning to lose patience here.

Yes, I filled it out on Monday night (about five days ago) and have not heard back from anyone yet.

 

EDIT: Nevermind.  I just checked and saw that I was automatically credited a couple of days ago.  However, I still do not intend to pay for this erroneous Transformers 5 charge.
