ON 9/29/17 I WAS OFFERRED A PACKAGE ON MY ACCOUNT FOR $99.99.  I WAS TO RECEIVE NEW EQUIPMENT IN A FEW DAYS.  I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE EQUIPMENT OR RECEIVED ANY NOTIFICATION OR CONFIRMATION ON THIS NEW PACKAGE.  THE ACCOUNT NUMBER IS <EDITED>.  PLEASE ADVISE. THANK YOU.
