Two accounts to a single login

I've read on several posts that you can link two account numbers to the same login id.  Can you help me set this up?

Hello slhealy. Unfortunately, this is no longer an option. We no longer can link two accounts to one login. Each Comcast account requires its own unique username/user ID. 

 

We apologize for any confusion. Some information in the Forums is older and may no longer be applicable. We are working on getting this old information cleared out or corrected.
