I just got new services last Thursday, when trying to get my account from computer, I have used user Id that I set up, email addresses, phone number. However, it keeps giving me the below message.

I'm having the exact same issue. I've done chat twice. The first person told me that they fixed it (it wasn't fixed). The second person told me that I had to call during business hours. Since I have a 1 year old and a 3 year old, that is horribly difficult! Hopefully someone on here can give some help!
