When a Xfinity Rep makes a deal for a 12 month term why can another Xfinity Rep tell you 3 months later that promotion no longer exists and it can no longer be honored and we are increasing your bill regardless of what we agreed to do.

Hello Xfinity Monitors. Is the question that hard to understand?  Ignoring a problem is not a solution and contributing to the customer service issues.
