Service suspended billed twice feom bank account

I have a past due balance I paid my bill by debit card on 9-12. This morning g my service is suspended and my bank account shows the money has been taken out of my account twice and my service is suspended. I contacted xfinity and was told once they see the payment they will restore my service my bank accounts now negative to to this issue. My bill was 993.44 and I paid it and it was paid twice now I have no service and can't use my account to pay other bills. Can someone please help.
