Seasonal "Convience " Plan

I'm tired. I have been with Comcast for some 22 years in Florida. The mix ups on the seasonal plan is a constant. Even calls to the billing center aren't helpful. They say they will take care of the problems but it never goes away. I get worn out trying to recoup a few hundred dollars and just give up. A slight change to a leave or return date throws them into a tizzy. Their accounting system must be horrific. I've tried to stay with Comcast but they are costing me too much money that I can waste elsewhere. I'm going to look into another system, either Century or DirectTV. Comcast is years ahead of both of these in technology but the extra expense is just not worth the trouble.
